Shipping & Returns



FREE Shipping is available for customers within Australia for lingerie, toys and accessories orders totalling $100 or more. Otherwise Standard Flat Rate Postage is available for $9.95 for parcels under 3kg.  Dance poles are not included in the FREE Shipping offer and incur higher Shipping costs due to their weight. 

Overseas shipping costs differ from country to country and is calculated by weight. Please proceed to the Checkout page to calculate shipping to your country, or Contact Us should you require assistance.

We can ship straight to your door and to virtually any address in the world. Please note that there may be restrictions on some products, and some products may not be permitted to be shipped to some international destinations.

We use all aspects of Australia Post - Receipted Delivery - Express as requested. Toll, TNT Road Express and Courier Please is available upon request. The customer is responsible for all extra charges including for specially requested couriers.  Insurance is also available upon request, these charges will be payable by the customer. Please note that once goods have left dispatch we no longer have responsibility. 

Discreet Shipping is also optional and available to you at no extra charge. Please specify with your order if you would like to us arrange this.

Service is our utmost priority. We quote a 2 week delivery period from the time your order is sent to our suppliers, unless it is on backorder. For overseas orders please allow up to 1 extra week for delivery. You will be notified if goods ordered are discontinued. In stock items can be sent same day if ordered before 1:00pm upon request.

Please be aware that some countries will charge customs charges and duties on incoming goods. The receiver of the goods is liable for these costs.
Lingerie 2 Amaze is not liable for any items/deliveries that are confiscated by customs due to local laws or restrictions.

Returns Policy


You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). There are no claims for change of mind, used or opened goods. Returns will not be accepted after 14 days from receipt of goods, without a receipt of purchase and without authorisation from our office.  


For obvious health and hygiene reasons we are unable to accept any returns that have been opened. Should the item be defective you must notify us in writing within 7 days of delivery. Please be aware that you will be required to pay postage in relation to your choice should the item not be defective.


The Customer must inspect the Goods on delivery and must within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery notify Lingerie 2 Amaze in writing of any evident defect/damage, shortage in quantity, or failure to comply with the description or quote. The Customer must notify any other alleged defect in the Goods as soon as reasonably possible after any such defect becomes evident. Upon such notification the Customer must allow X-Pole to inspect the Goods. The Goods must then be returned in original condition within 14 days following the acceptance of the defective Goods.  Please be aware that you will be required to pay postage for your return.

Due to Covid we do not offer a refund for Change of Mind, so please choose carefully as we will only refund on defected products.
