Lingerie 2 Amaze Terms and Conditions of Use

By placing an order you confirm you are 18+ years and are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order payment.

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from hold up by customs, public holidays both here and the USA, and postal delays for which we will not be responsible.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

  1. I confirm this is my order and agree an order confirmation will be sent back to me via email.
  2. I may make changes to this order on the day the order is placed. - And need to do so via email to: sales@lingerie2amaze.com.  After then I accept this order to be my official order.
  3. I accept the delivery time stated on the order or website.
  4. I understand Lingerie 2 Amaze dispatches orders to the availability of stock.
  5. I understand that if a style is unavailable upon ordering, the style will remain on backorder for a later delivery time. You must contact Lingerie 2 Amaze if you do not wish to have backorders. Backorders will otherwise be delivered at a later date when the item/s become available.

PAYMENT FOR ORDERS

  1. All orders are to be paid prior to being dispatched.
  2. Lingerie 2 Amaze is PayPal preferred for secure and fast transactions.
  3. All other arrangements are to be made with Management.

PRICING

  1. All prices given are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and exclude the Australian Goods and Service Tax (GST).
  2. Prices are current at time of order.
  3. No further discounts apply to already discounted item/s.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

  1. Lingerie 2 Amaze is not responsible for an item on their website unable to be supplied.
  2. Lingerie 2 Amaze will send in stock items the same day if requested by 1:00pm.
  3. All customer orders are filled to the best of the supplier's ability.
  4. Any items that are not available are always left on backorder, unless you notify us that you do not wish to have any backorders.

POSTAGE COST

  1. Free Postage applies to customers within Australia and for lingerie, toys and accessories orders $50 or more. Otherwise, shipping costs via Australia Post will be added to orders upon invoicing.
  2. X-Pole products are big and bulky packages and postage is calculated by their weight.  Costs for postage on these items may vary depending on your location. Due to these reasons Free Postage is excluded for these items. 
  3. Lingerie 2 Amaze use a Flat Rate delivery of $9.95 within Australia for orders weighing up to 3kg.  International delivery may be sourced via the cheapest and fastest delivery method to your area unless otherwise specified.
  4. Lingerie 2 Amaze currently use, Australia Post, Toll, TNT and Courier Please for dispatched orders.
  5. The customer is responsible for all extra postage charges.
  6. The customer can choose a preferred shipping method to be used for all deliveries - please contact Lingerie 2 Amaze via email with your request. Extra fees and charges may apply.
  7. Lingerie 2 Amaze is not responsible for goods once they have left dispatch.
  8. Postage insurance is available on request.

WEBSITE IMAGES 

  1. All photos and information displayed on the Lingerie 2 Amaze website are provided for Lingerie 2 Amaze and may be shared using only the social media links on this site. Any unauthorised copying or other use with social media, promotions or for any other use is prohibited.
  2. Any use of the images from the Lingerie 2 Amaze website will need written consent from Lingerie 2 Amaze to be used. 
  3. Lingerie 2 Amaze will not responsible for any images that may be accessed or viewed on our site by any persons under 18.

MEMBERSHIP & DISCOUNTS

  1. Lingerie 2 Amaze offers Membership for all customers. 
  2. Membership allows for ease and convenience to the customer and staff at Lingerie 2 Amaze for ordering and tracking, as well as regular and repeat customer sales.
  3. As a member you will also receive further discounts and entitlements. 
  4. As a customer signing up for an initial account registration you will receive a discount coupon or gift certificate that will allow you to receive 20% off your first order you make at Lingerie2Amaze.com. 
  5. The 20% Members Discount is valid with all items including Mens and Women's Lingerie, Dance Poles, Footwear, Toys, DVD's and Accessories.
  6. The 20% Members Discount may only be used once and is available one per joining customer.
  7. The 20% Members Discount is valid for 30 days from the date of sign up and is not valid with any other offer or discount. 

PRIVACY 

  1. Lingerie 2 Amaze is dedicated to the protection of your personal information.
  2. Our drop ship service may require the passing of information to fulfill an order that is made by you.
  3. Any information that you provide to Lingerie 2 Amaze through this web site will be subject to guidelines and may only be used to fulfill orders, contact you for promotions and discounts, or by us in response to contact made by you.
  4. No information is passed to our on to any parties without your authorisation.

  6. Should there be a material change in our information practices, we will post the policy change in our Privacy Policy on this web site.

REFERRALS & INCENTIVES PROGRAM

  1. Lingerie 2 Amaze understands that since Covid-19 has show it's ugly face, times have become extremely hard.  Therefore we wish to help ease your worries by rewarding any interested person/s who wish to join our referral and incentives program.
  2. We will pay a 10% commission to all members who refer to us any New Orders that are processed and finalised.
  3. Orders must be presented from New Members to our store and must NOT have purchased previously.
  4. Commission will be calculated from the remainder of the deductions. This means your commission will be 10% of the profit after deductions for the purchase of the goods and postage.
  5. Commissions will be paid directly into a PayPal account. An account is Free to open via www.PapPal.com  
  6. Interested persons must be over 18 and contact us at sales@lingeire2amaze.com expressing their interest.
  7. Must be willing to provide Full Name, a Valid Address, Photo ID (Drivers Licence or 18+Card), Tax File number and Phone Number.
  8. Lingerie 2 Amaze reserves the right to refuse payment or any person who does not adhere to the terms and conditions.
